Spring is a time for renewal. We actually have spring every month, but our product really wanted to use such an introduction. This time we updated our prices and, as always, added convenient features.
New Prices
Like any good product (and judging by your feedback, we are such a product), we grow and develop. This time it is the turn for our pricing to develop. Let’s tell you a bit more about the new prices that come into effect next Monday (April 7, 2025).
Spoiler! The prices haven’t changed much, and what will happen to the current pricing is described a bit below.
You can learn more about the prices at the link
What has changed?
We added a limit on active recipients
We have limited the number of unique leads that can be uploaded to the system simultaneously. This concept is not new - it is used in almost every service for email newsletters.
The higher the price plan, the higher the limit on recipients that can be uploaded to the system simultaneously.
If you exceed the limit, you can either purchase a higher plan or delete old leads from the system. It’s like a hard drive on a computer - if it’s full, you need to either free up space or buy a larger hard drive.
New Plan - Pro
Now there is a golden mean between Standard and Expert — for those who need more emails, contacts, and more features in the service but don’t want to overpay for high sending limits.
Increased monthly email limit
On almost all plans, we have increased the monthly email limit and added the ability to increase the maximum limit on the Expert plan. Now you can send up to 400,000 emails per month. If you want more, contact the priest or us in support; we’ll come up with something.
FAQ
What to do if you reach the contact limit?
You can either upgrade your plan or delete uploaded leads from old newsletters.
Will my current subscription get more expensive? Will I also have a limit on active recipients?
If you are subscribed via a card:
For you, absolutely nothing will change. The limits on your subscription will remain the same, and you will not have a limit on active recipients. The cost of the plan will remain the same.
The only thing is that if you want to upgrade to a higher plan after April 7, you will be able to purchase only the new plan. This will also introduce a limit on active recipients.
If you are subscribed via invoice:
Your current plan will continue to be effective until the end of the paid period.
When will the prices change?
In the morning, April 7
So, can I buy the plan until April 6 and keep this plan?
Yes! Consider it a kind of sale :)
If you want to lock in your current plan conditions, purchase/upgrade your plan right now. Buy the old plan.
"Other" Tab in Unibox
Previously, we sometimes received messages: "Coldy did not count some replies to emails." And indeed, this did happen. In cases when a person replied from a different inbox, to a different email topic, and possibly even from a different planet. To make sure we didn’t miss any responses, we sometimes had to check the inboxes manually or set up forwarding to a master inbox.
Now we say goodbye to lost emails - we’ve introduced an "Other" tab.
All emails that we did not count as replies (except for warming-up emails and DMARC reports) will go into it. You can check this tab and search for potentially missed responses to newsletters.
If you find a reply to a newsletter, you can link it to a specific lead in a specific newsletter. Sending emails to that lead will stop (if you have the default setting).
Emails in the "Other" tab are stored for 7 days.
What else is new?
We added new bulk actions when selecting recipients in the database. Now you can bulk resume or stop sending for selected leads, as well as copy them to another newsletter.
Improved IMAP functionality - now we read responses much more reliably and display them in the system faster.
As always, if you have any questions about the update - write to us in support.
