FAQ
What are “active recipients,” and why don’t leads renew every month?
Active recipients are the maximum number of leads that can be uploaded to your account at the same time. This is not a monthly allowance, but the current database volume the system can work with. To upload new leads above the limit, delete old ones or upgrade to a higher plan.
Why don’t unused emails roll over to the next month?
The email limit works like mobile data in a phone plan: it resets at the start of every month. Unused emails do not accumulate.
Can I pay for a plan with Coldy credits?
No. Credits are a separate currency for additional tools: database validation, the AI agent, and company database collection. Plans can only be paid for by card or invoice.
Which plan includes API access?
API access is available starting with the Expert plan. Telegram integration is available starting with the Standard plan.
Can I pause my plan?
No, plans cannot be paused.
Are there any discounts or promotions?
We do not run one-off promotions, but we do have a partner program that lets you earn by referring customers. For large volumes, a custom plan may be available — contact support to discuss it.
Which payment methods are available?
The main payment method is a bank card. Invoice payments are available when paying for at least 3 months upfront. Contact support to discuss alternative payment options.
Are the AI agent and validation add-ons or part of the plan?
Access to the AI agent and database validation is included in the plan, but usage is charged separately in credits. These features are available on every plan, and you only pay for the volume you actually use.
