What is email warmup and how does it work?
Email warmup is creating activity on your email accounts. After you connect your email account, we are going to start email communication between users in our private pool. We also going to read and reply to those emails to emulate human-like activity.
How it increases my deliverability?
When mail servers receive an email, they analyze many different parameters to classify it as spam. The reputation of the email is one of the key factors. With email warming, your mailbox will interact with others, and mail servers will see that your messages are interesting to recipients, thereby increasing the reputation of your email.
Do I need to warmup only new accounts?
No, we recommend keeping the warming on all the time. Firstly, your server will see that you are frequently sending emails, which will increase your limits. Plus, warming is a kind of "treatment" for the mailbox; if a certain mailing has lowered the reputation of the mailbox, warming will gradually restore it over time.
How Warmup emails will look like?
It's very important to make sure that each sent email will be recognised as "Unique" and "Human-like" by your email provider. Can I send more emails if I use email warmup?
Yes, if you have high reputation on your email server (e.g. Gmail), they will have higher sending limits for your account. We will also increase number of warmup emails each day until it hits a certain limit.
For how long do I need to Warmup?
We recommend to start Warmup at least 10 days prior to your first email campaign. After the initial warmup, we recommend to keep Warmup always enabled, to show email servers your activity and continue building reputation.
