Signatures and new settings for mailboxes
We have updated the design of the mail settings and also added a feature that many have requested - signatures for emails. Now you can create unique signatures for each mailbox and use them in your mailing with the variable {{signature}}
Updated leads menu
Now you can get all available data about your leads in the mailing by clicking on it in the table. You will be able to track the history of correspondence with the recipient, for example, if you need to understand on which day you sent them emails. You will also be able to change the already uploaded data about the recipient.
Duplicate campaign
We have added the ability to create a copy of your mailing, which will preserve the chains and settings of the mailing, except for the leads database. To copy the mailing, click on the 3 dots of the desired mailing on the mailing list page and click “Create a copy”.
Selecting all leads in the table
Deleting all leads from the mailing was a pain, we finally fixed it :) By clicking on the checkbox in the upper left corner of the mailing, all leads matching the current filters will be selected, and you will be able to delete the desired selection at once.
Other changes
In addition to these 4 improvements, we have fixed many minor bugs, accelerated the operation of the correspondence page (Unibox), and improved the method of sending emails for better deliverability of your mailings. We have also rolled out webhook functionality to everyone, which will allow you to send data from Coldy to CRM, Telegram, and other applications (available on the Expert plan).
