Leadbase of Russian companies
Previously, our users had a huge problem — there was no convenient service in Russia for building databases for cold outreach. Some tools were too expensive and required an annual subscription, others had too few filters or provided poor-quality data.
We set out to solve this problem and released our own tool for collecting databases of Russian companies.

At launch, we provide the following groups of filters:
Geography – search for companies in specific regions
Industry – narrow targeting by OKVED codes and presence in official registries
Contacts – require email, phone, or website availability
General information – parameters for your target companies based on EGRIP/EGRUL data
Financials – filter companies by revenue or profit
Vacancies – target companies that post certain jobs or contain specific keywords in job descriptions
We’re actively working on additional filters, including Licenses, Certificates & Declarations, and Leasing. If you’re missing something, feel free to suggest new filters to our support team.
Once you apply the filters, you’ll see a preview of companies to check whether the targeting matches your audience. If everything looks good, you can export the database in a convenient way: either download a .csv file, or download and automatically add it to your outreach campaign.

Exporting 1 company costs 1 Coldy credit. For example, if you want to export 1,000 companies, it will cost 1,000 credits.
In addition to exports, credits can also be used for database validation and the AI agent.

1,000 credits = 1,000 RUB

AmoCRM integration
The amoCRM integration allows you to automatically create deals based on incoming replies from Coldy. This way, you can instantly capture a recipient’s interest and transfer all the necessary information into your CRM.
A deal in amoCRM is created whenever there’s a reply to one of your outreach emails, or when a lead is marked as “Interested”. Coldy generates a deal card on your amoCRM board with pre-filled fields, and adds the reply text from the outreach email as a comment.
