Custom statuses
Any reply in Coldy can be tagged with a status — for example, mark responses as “Interested”, “Auto-reply”, etc. Over time, the 4 default statuses were no longer enough, so we decided to add the option to create your own.
To create new statuses, go to Settings > General. In the bottom right corner you’ll find a new section called “Reply statuses”. There you can add a new status, choose any name, select the status type (for proper integrations and analytics), and even pick an icon and a color.

Once created, the status will be available for selection in conversations.

Updated analytics
Nothing fancy to explain here — we added what many of you have been asking for: the ability to pick specific dates within a range. We also updated the charting library, so the graphs now look cleaner and nicer. That means you can send even prettier and more detailed screenshots to stakeholders.

Warm-up pool cleanup
Hard to imagine, but over time 46,000 mailboxes have gone through Coldy’s warm-up. Naturally, that meant a lot of dead mailboxes ended up in the pool, which caused bounces when sending to them. Usually, nothing critical happened — but even these small things bothered us.
So, we developed a new system that better tracks non-functioning mailboxes and automatically excludes them from warm-up. The process is now more efficient and safer.
If your account was mistakenly excluded from warm-up, just contact support — we’ll sort it out.
Test sending
You can now see what a template looks like in a real send before launching a campaign. On the email creation page, click “Preview”, choose which mailbox to send from, which lead variables to insert, select the test recipient address, and hit “Send”.
If something looks off — a broken variable, phrase rotation not working — you’ll know exactly what to fix. (Though the built-in preview in Coldy already does a great job of catching most issues.)

Improved AI Agent
Visually, nothing has changed — but under the hood, a lot has. We significantly improved site processing speed, increased the percentage of websites we can parse, enhanced response quality, and moved everything to GPT-5.
If you’ve never tried the AI Agent, we highly recommend it. From our experience, it can noticeably increase reply rates in your outreach.
