Why do you need a blacklist?
A blacklist is used to automatically remove from your outreach campaigns the recipients you don’t want to contact, for example:
Your current clients
Competitors
People who reacted negatively to your emails
How does the blacklist work?
First, you need to add emails to the blacklist.
The first way is to go to the blacklist page in the settings and upload the unwanted recipients. It works the same way as importing contacts into campaigns.
You can also add a lead directly to the blacklist from a campaign:
Now, when you upload a new database into a campaign, any leads that are on the blacklist will be automatically removed.
