“Set it once — and it works”: How Airesponses Reached a Network of Stores via Coldy

How a SaaS service for marketplace sellers makes sales through cold email outreach

About the company

Airesponses is a SaaS product for marketplace sellers. It helps to automate responses to customer reviews on Ozon and Wildberries. The service is powered by a neural network and can:

  • Generate correct, human-sounding replies

  • Take into account the tone of the review

  • Handle any volumes

The founder is Andrey Shishkov, who personally ran the outreach in Coldy and shares the results.

Client acquisition before Coldy

Airesponses targets sellers, but reaching them directly is difficult: some work through agencies or aggregators, some rarely check email.

“Often sellers register an e-mail just because they have to, but don’t actually use it. So conversion from emails is lower than classic B2B. But we tested different hypotheses and still found a working segment,” says Andrey.

Why they chose Coldy

Andrey initially looked for a simple cold outreach tool without heavy configuration.

“I liked that I don’t have to adjust anything every day. Once you come in, upload — and it works,” he shares.

He highlights these advantages:

  • Intuitive interface

  • Warm-up for Yandex and Mail.ru mailboxes

  • Telegram notifications

  • Webhook support

How Airesponses’ outreach works

  • They send from 10–15 mailboxes

  • About 200–300 emails per day

  • Targeting sellers who already have reviews on marketplaces

  • Two main sequences are used:
    • A compact sequence of 4 emails
    • A longer sequence of 7 emails (and can expand further)

“We see that sometimes someone doesn’t reply not because it’s uninteresting, but because the email came at the wrong moment… Also, sellers don’t check email as often as companies do. So we want to expand sequences — 9, 10, 12 emails if needed,” explains Andrey.

The emails are concise and to the point. The first introduces who they are, what they offer, and how they differ from manual replies. The second explains the product details and benefits. The third is a reminder + closing CTA. Then a few additional touches leading to a demo.

Results

One of the email sequences “hit the mark” — they managed to reach the entire store network of one client:

“They have several stores, and we landed in all of them at once. We arranged a demo, did it — now they work with us on a longer plan,” says Andrey.

The sales cycle for Airesponses is short — often after the demo they quickly transition to paid work.
Today, the team is testing different segments, texts, and hypotheses. There isn’t yet a stable flow of qualified leads, but the direction has already proven its value and will be actively developed further.

“For us, outreach is not a one-time thing, but a systematic channel. We’ll continue, scale, expand,” shares Andrey Shishkov.

Summary

Coldy helped Airesponses reach large clients with minimal time investment — without complex integrations and marketing noise. Simply, transparently, effectively.

“Coldy is a service that does what it should. Set it once — and it works. That’s very important to me,” says Andrey Shishkov, founder of Airesponses.
