The AI service for sellers has managed to establish itself in several partner network stores — all thanks to the mailing list that was "set and forgotten." We explain how they did it.
About the Company
Airesponses — a SaaS service for marketplace sellers. It helps automate responses to customer reviews on Ozon and Wildberries. The service is based on neural networks and can:
Generate correct, human-like responses;
Consider the sentiment of the review;
Work with any volume.
The founder is Andrey Shishkov. He is the one who set up the mailing in Coldy and shares the results.
How They Searched for Clients Before Coldy
Airesponses is geared towards sellers. But reaching them directly is not an easy task: some work through agencies or aggregators, and some don’t check their emails at all.
“Often, sellers register an email just because they have to, but they don't actually check it. Therefore, the conversion from emails is lower than in classic B2B. But we tested different hypotheses and still found a working segment,” says Andrey.

Why They Chose Coldy
Initially, Andrey was looking for a simple tool for cold mailings without complex setup. “I liked that you don’t have to adjust anything every day. You log in once, upload — and it works,” he shares.
Among the advantages, Andrey highlights:
A clear interface;
Warming up mailboxes for Yandex and Mail.ru;
Notifications in Telegram;
Webhook support.
How the Mailing Works at Airesponses
Sending from 10–15 mailboxes
About 200–300 emails per day
Mailing to segments of sellers who already have reviews on marketplaces
Andrey uses two main chains:
— the first is compact, consisting of 4 emails;
— the second is longer, with 7 emails, and that is by no means the limit.
“We see that sometimes a person doesn’t respond not because they are not interested, but simply because the email arrived at the wrong moment. It’s also worth noting that sellers do not check their email as frequently as companies do. Therefore, we want to expand the chains further — to 9, 10, 12 emails, if needed,” explains Andrey.
The emails themselves are concise and to the point. The first one explains who we are, what we offer, and how we differ from manual responses. The second reveals details about the product and benefits. The third serves as a reminder and has a closing CTA. After that, there are several more gentle touches leading to a demo.
Results
One of the mailings “hit the target precisely” — they managed to engage the entire network of stores for one client:
“They have several stores, and we were able to reach all of them at once. We agreed on a demo, conducted it — now they are working with us on a long-term rate,” says Andrey.
The sales cycle at Airesponses is short — often, paid work begins quickly after the demo.
Currently, the team is in the process of finding workable connections — testing different segments, texts, and hypotheses. There is no stable flow of qualified leads yet, but the direction has already proven its value and will continue to develop actively.
“For us, outreach is not a one-time story, but a systematic channel. We will continue to expand, grow, and scale,” Andrey shares his plans.
Summary
Coldy helped Airesponses reach large clients with minimal time expenditure. Without complex integrations and marketing noise — just simple, clear, and effective.
“Coldy is a service that does what it is supposed to do. Set it up once — and it works. Personally, this is very important to me,” says Andrey Shishkov, the creator of Airesponses.
