Corporate mail on Microsoft can be purchased in two ways:

1. Standard purchase through Microsoft365 - this is a usual way to purchase a subscription, one account will cost $6/month for one accounts.

2. Microsoft X GoDaddy - when you purchase domains through GoDaddy, you will be offered to buy corporate email through this offer. This method costs about $2.5/mo for one account.

How to connect standard Microsoft365 account

Important: for the first link, you need to use an account that has Administrative rights in Microsoft 365. After linking it, you will be able to easily link the rest of the accounts.

1. Open active users page inside Microsoft Admin Center

2. Click on the user's row in the table, a modal window will open. After that you need to go to the "Mail" tab
   
   

   

3. Click on the link Manage email apps

   

4. Next, apply the settings from the screenshot below and click Save changes

   

5. Repeat the process for other accounts, wait approximately 1 hour.

6. Open coldy.ai and go to the Email accounts page, click Add inbox and select Microsoft

7. Then log in to your account through Microsoft. Be sure to click Consent on behalf of your organisation

   

How to connect GoDaddy x Microsoft account

1. Open the My products page in your GoDaddy account

2. Open the Email & Office card and click Manage all →

   

3. Next, in the table with users, click Manage for the required user

4. In the opened window, you need to find the link Advanced settings at the bottom of the page

   

5. At the bottom, the SMTP authentication setting will appear, you need to enable it

   

6. Repeat the process for other accounts, wait approximately 1 hour.

7. Go to Coldy on the Email accounts page, click Add inbox and select Microsoft

8. Then log into your account through Microsoft. Be sure to click Consent on behalf of your organisation
