Gmail accounts considered to be the best in terms of deliverability. If you want to connect GMail accounts you need to:

1. Enable IMAP

2. Enable 2-Step verification

3. Create App password

4. Connect to Coldy

Follow the guide below where we cover each step in detail

Step 1: Enable IMAP

1. Inside your Gmail account click on the Settings, then See all settings (or simply click this link)

   

2. Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and select Enable IMAP radio button under IMAP access and Save changes.

   

Step 2: Enable 2 step verification

1. Click on your Google account icon > Manage your Google Account and select Security tab in the left navigation bar.

   

2. Click on the 2-Step verification and click “Get started” on the next screen

   

3. On next step you need to assign number to Gmail account. If Google no longer accepting your number, you can try buying one from following services:

   /https://receive-smss.com/

Step 3: Create app password

1. Open App password page by clicking this link.

2. Enter name “Coldy” and click “Create”

   

3. Save the App password that was generated (16 letters). You are going to need this on next step.

   

Step 4. Connect account to Coldy

1. Open Account page on Coldy and click Add account

2. Select Gmail

3. Enter your First and last names, Email and App password that you’ve generated on step 3 and click Connect account. After that it should be good to go so you could use it in your email campaigns.
